Choosing your wedding shoes

There is so much choice around right now - it's great to see some amazing footwear popping out of a demure lace wedding dress!
Ultimately it's all about comfort with style. If you don't normally wear heels your wedding day is not the day to try them out. Maybe go for a small block heel, wedges (great for an outdoor wedding!) or flats. Some of our lovely Vintage Trousseau brides have worn a variety of footwear; Kate wore Nike high tops that were customised, with her Vintage Trousseau Ophelia wedding dress. Emily wore beautiful shoes by Rachel Simpson (who is known for her gorgeous vintage inspired shoes) with her Antonia lace wedding gown, and later changed into Converse. Nat wore wedding separates - a tulle Lola skirt and a Darcy top, with her shoes custom painted by award winning artist Gemma Kenward. Charlotte wore neon jeweled block heels from Asos which looked beautiful under her tulle Lola wedding skirt.
Here is a selection of shoes I think look gorgeous enough to go with your vintage inspired gown x
