Where are we located?

Our location is in vibrant Hoe Street, Walthamstow. We are a 10 minutes walk away from Walthamstow Central Underground and Overground stations.


Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes this means you have the whole shop to yourself. The appointments are for one and a half hours. Please see our contact form to book. It’s helpful if you can wear nude/ light coloured underwear. We like appointments to be a relaxing experience .


Can I bring any guests? 

Yes we recommend up to 3 guests .


What is the price range?

Our wedding dresses start at £895 . We also offer a selection of veils and Headpieces . 


How long in advance should I look for my wedding dress?

Our wedding dresses are all made to measure which means they are made to the correct fit. We recommend 5/6 months for this process but we have been known to make quicker if necessary . 


What does made to measure mean?

This means the wedding dress is made for you to your exact measurements. This also gives you the opportunity to customise your dress. For instance if you like the Blossom wedding dress but you want a long sleeve this is possible. Also this means you don’t incur any alteration costs.  We are happy to discuss fabric changes and colours and love a challenge!


We also offer a  bespoke service for brides that want something completely different. This involves meeting with the designer Suzanne where you can discuss your ideas and sketch your dress for you. 

What are your delivery options?

Postage and packing  is £3.95. All orders are sent Royal Mail standard delivery which takes 2-3 days. Orders over £50 obtain free delivery. All jewellery comes in its own gift box. 

If a product is faulty we will happily accept the return. Regretfully, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Return of non-faulty Goods: if you wish to cancel your order, then you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We cannot, however, accept returns if; the product(s) have been worn; personalised or customised in anyway; original tags have been removed; the packaging has been unsealed or damaged; the product is perishable. 

Returns process: Please do not send your products back to us without first contacting us to obtain a returns authorisation code on your order. Please note we do advise that you obtain a certificate of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is only when we receive the item(s) in its original state that we will refund the purchase price of the item (excluding postage charges).
